FixLost Service
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) defines the procedures for collecting, storing, processing, and protecting user data of the FixLost service (hereinafter — the Service).
1.2. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree — please do not use the Service.
1.3. The Policy has been developed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

2.1. We do NOT collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment card data.
2.2. The Service uses Yandex.Metrika and Google Analytics for audience analysis and quality improvement. These services may collect anonymized data (cookie identifiers, device parameters, page views) in accordance with their own privacy policies.
3.1. Files uploaded for recovery are processed automatically. Service staff do not view or analyze the contents of files.
3.2. Uploaded and recovered files are automatically deleted within 1 hour after processing.
3.3. If the User checked the “Save file for improving recovery algorithms” checkbox, a file that could not be recovered may be retained for up to 30 days for analysis and algorithm improvement. After the retention period, the file is automatically deleted.
3.4. The User may withdraw consent to file retention by contacting us via the email provided on the website.

5.1. Data is transmitted over an encrypted channel (HTTPS/TLS).
5.2. Access to servers is restricted and protected.
5.3. Files are stored in temporary directories with automatic deletion.
5.4. Each file is assigned a unique identifier (UUID) that is not linked to the User.
5.5. Administrative access passwords are stored in hashed form.
